Non-Refundable: Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Partial Use: Any remaining balance can be applied to future purchases until fully used.

Delivery: Delivered by email with simple instructions to redeem at checkout.

Non-Eligible: Gift cards cannot be purchased with discounts or promotional offers. However, the balance can be spent on discounted items.
SIZING & ADJUSTABILITY
All of our lingerie is handmade using stretch fabrics for comfort and flexibility. Many of our designs feature multiple adjustable straps, allowing the garment to adapt to your body for a secure, comfortable fit.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend the following:
- Mesh lingerie: Choose the smaller size, it's extremely stretchy.
- Cotton lingerie: Our cotton is stretchy and true to size.
- Cup sizes: Choose the larger size. Ours run on the smaller size.
- Thongs: Are quite generous, choose the smaller size unless you want a high waisted effect.
- Harnesses, chokers and accessories: These pieces are extremely adaptable, choose the best size range for your measurements.
