We offer international lingerie shipping from Spain.
Shipping within Spain, across the European Union, to the rest of Europe and international countries including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and other Rest of World (ROW) destinations.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, where our lingerie is ethically handmade.

All lingerie, harnesses and accessories are handmade to order. Preparation time is 5–7 business days. If you need your order for a specific event, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping times and costs depend on your location:

• Spain - Free shipping in the Spanish Peninsular 1–2 business days (Zeleris)
• Portugal: 1–3 business days (Zeleris) €5 - Free shipping over €100
  
• EU Standard: 3–5 business days (local couriers) €11/€15 - Free standard shipping in the EU over €250*
  
• EU Express: 2–4 business days (DHL Express) €22
• Europe Non EU & UK 2–4 business days (DHL Express) €22
  
• Australia, Canada, USA: 2–4 business days (DHL Express) €29
  
• Rest of World: (DHL Express) Flat rate €45

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. As an independent lingerie brand, we are not responsible for customs charges.

Yes. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents visible from the outside.

Yes. We use plastic-free, biodegradable paper packaging that can be reused, recycled, or naturally decomposed.

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not currently accept returns. We are currently exploring return options for tops, harnesses and non-intimate items.

Yes. We design masc clothing and men’s lingerie with a focus on fit, comfort, and adjustability. Our designs are intended to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender, and many styles are suitable for masculine-presenting bodies. Yes. All our accessories are unisex and fully adjustable. Each piece is designed to fit a range of body types and can be easily adapted for comfort and personal preference. Please refer to the product description and accessories size guide for exact details.

Yes. All our lingerie, intimate clothing and accessories are ethically handmade in Barcelona using eco-conscious materials, including recycled polyester, organic cotton, and locally produced elastics.

Some rings and fastenings may contain nickel. If you have a nickel allergy, please contact us before ordering to discuss alternative hardware options.

Yes. All of our accessories are 100% vegan. They are made using vegan elastics, metal rings, and metal fastenings—we do not use plastic hardware. None of our handmade intimate clothing or accessories contain leather or any animal-derived materials.

Each piece is handmade in Barcelona by Iona, the founder and creative force behind the brand.

Delicate fabrics and finishes deserve special care. Please hand-wash your intimates for best results.
