All orders are sent from Barcelona with fast and tracked shipping using discreet, eco-friendly packaging that's plastic free and easily reused or recycled. 

Preparation time
All lingerie and accessories are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation, this is a one-woman, slow fashion brand.

We will not be responsible for any customs or import fees.

Because of the intimate nature of our items, we aren't able to accept returns. However, we are currently looking at solutions for harnesses and outerwear.
